Here is my interpretation of  sketch #23:

The diagonal stripes are made with embossing edge folders that I inked with grey flannel and blush inks (CTMH).  The flower was made by layering three scalloped circles that I cut with the Close To My Heart punch, inked with blush ink and sprayed with glitter mist.  The sentiment is stamped in black with a stamp from a TCP stamp collection.  The center of the flower is a corduroy brad and the satin ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Here is the current challenge sketch:

Close To My Heart materials used:

• whisper, white and blush card-stock
• black, slate and blush ink
• "Key Moments" stamp set 
• "In the Background Flair" stamp set

I also used a cuddlebug folder to emboss the background

Not sure what brand the pink satin ribbon - it was a piece in my stash

Card making info:

• white card base 5 1/2 X 4 1/4
• Claire paper from Close To My Heart
• cardstock color: sunset CTMH  5 3/8 X 4 1/8
• background done with cuddlebug and measures 5 1/4 X 4
