I am so excited...................

the COLOR WHEEL in Albert Lea, MN, has agreed to carry my creations on consignment!  The Color Wheel is a beautiful shop geared to unique gifts.  I am so honored that Judy has taken my work into her shop.  (I will be posting pictures of the items that are available at the shop in a separate post.)

The Color Wheel is on West Main Street between Broadway and S Washington.  If you are in the area I encourage you to discover this gem of a shop.

I am now busy working on items for two holiday craft shows.  So here are some of the items I have completed.  I hope you like!  Please let me know you stopped by ............. please leave a comment.  It makes my day!  Thanks!

This little mini album is made with envelopes cut with the newest Close to My Heart Cricut cartridge, Artistry. Simple but elegant.

This mini was created to store your favorite recipes.  It would also make a wonderful gift to a new couple with recipes they grew up with.  It has space for up to 40 recipes.

Another mini............I made this with a bride in mind.  A mini for her to document the events leading up to the wedding day.

Take a 50 cent composition book from WalMart and create a beautiful journal - smash book.  I watched a video on youtube showing how to turn down pages in the journal to create pockets.  This is the result...........    There are pocket pages in the front, center and back.  I stamped different designs on every 5th page to give the journal pages some interest.

This Christmas Wreath was created but cutting approx. 60 ivy leaves from a variety of papers.  The leaves were cut with the Close To My Heart Art Philosophy cricut cartridge.
This wreath was created using old sheet music.  The paper was cut into 8x8 inch squares and then rolled into cones.  The points were stapled and cut off and then hot glued to a cardboard circle in three rows.  I have to add something more to the center....just haven't decided what yet.
